3. The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment as father of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1453 of 2021 dt.21-06-2021 2/3 the petitioner died in harness.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that the services of the father of the petitioner was regularized in the college which was converted by the State Government to a constituent college, commonly known as fourth phase constituent college. As such, on account of petitioner's father regularized in service, the petitioner is entitled for consideration of his case for compassionate appointment.
5. Considering the fact that father of the petitioner died in harness on 14.03.2018, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent/University to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1453 of 2021 dt.21-06-2021 3/3 writ petition stands disposed off.
