Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1829 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the delay in lodging the complaint case and also the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
