This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No.256 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but there is omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with others assaulted the informant with 'lathi' and 'danda', whereas co-accused, Satrughan Passan, against whom also there is allegation of assault to the informant, has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 3.10.2016 passed in Cr. Having heard both sides. In view of the facts that other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court, vide order dated 3.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.38792 of 2016 , let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S.Case No.256 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that he will co-operate in the investigation of the case.
