Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.7769 of 2018 arising out of Pirbahore P.S. Case No.471 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-A of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per seizure list recovery of alleged liquor has been made in front of the house of Mithilesh Singh. From the seizure list, it is apparent that there is no recovery from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2018.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.7769 of 2018 arising out of Pirbahore P.S.
