2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 308(3), 308(4) of Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita, 2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this case, in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1297 of 2025, arising out of same police station case number which was filed by this petitioner, vide order dated 30.06.2025, a coordinate Bench of this Court, while directing for issuance of notice to private respondent, has stayed the proceeding of this case in respect of this petitioner.

4. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49245 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file proper application in accordance with law, as and when required.

5. Permission granted.

6. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
