The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 30 litres of "Mahua Liquor" was recovered from the motorcycle which was being boarded by the petitioners. Petitioners claim that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 13.09.2017.

No.51149 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
