The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 279, 337 & 338 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)a/35 of Arms Act and U/s 37(C), 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
