2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that their case is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Nand Kishore Singh and Ors., vs. the State of Bihar and Ors., vide order dated 09.05.2018 in C.W.J.C. No 16955 of 2015.
3. This Court while disposing off the said writ petition under order dated 09.05.2018 had directed that the petitioners may represent their claims before the Principle Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) and the respondent No. 2 was also directed to consider the petitioners' claim in light of the decision rendered in C.W.J.C. No. 10653 of 2008 as affirmed in LPA No 2082 of 2015 within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
4. Since the petitioners also claim to be covered by the said order it would be open to them to file a comprehensive claim before the respondent No. 2, Principle Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna who shall consider the petitioner's claim in light of the decision rendered in C.W.J.C. No. 10653 of 2008 as affirmed in LPA No 2082 of 2015.
5. Such consideration in respect of the petitioners' claim for absorption shall be done within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with written claim of the petitioners' which they should submit within a period of 2
