JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and perused the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in the case diary.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No.200 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366, 372, 373 read with 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that neither the informant nor anyone else saw the petitioner taking away the victim and save and except wild suspicion raised by the informant against several persons including the petitioner, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60422 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No.200 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
