2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2017 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 641 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with disputes with the informant who happens to be his neighbour. The accusations in the FIR are improbable considering that the petitioner is alleged to have stolen money from the informant's house even in the past, but in respect of which no complaint or FIR was instituted. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP assisted by learned counsel for the informant appearing suo motu opposes the bail petition and invites attention

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2207 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 to the seizure list which shows recovery of stolen Videocon set top box from the house of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. Chandran/BT (Vikash Jain, J) U T
