JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the State. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore CWJC No. 1512 of 2015, which stood dismissed on 12.8.2015 due to non prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he was vigilant, but due to inadvertence, he failed to keep track of the case and the writ petition stood dismissed due to non prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the grounds set forth in the petition, same is allowed. Let CWJC No. 1512 of 2015 be restored to its original file.
