2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2023 in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 55/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two country made pistols have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of dirty village politics. He further submits that the nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is next submitted that the petitioner has no criminal

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st of Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 55/2023.

7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Ramgarh, police station, Ramgarh, Jharkhand on 1st Sunday of every month.
