The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of first information report, it appears that there is specific allegation against this petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
