ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2026 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal in CRM No. 885 of 2023/2024 challenging the order of the Sub Divisional Officer cancelling his previous license vide order dated 03.08.2024, the only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal is not being disposed of. This Court is of the opinion that the ends of justice would be met if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 5 herein to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as

Patna High Court CWJC No.9350 of 2026(2) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be put on notice and granted an opportunity of hearing. Any decision taken shall be communicated to the parties.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
