In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18109 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 petitioner in the light of Annexure- 3 and if the case of the petitioner is found to be covered, similar benefits to this petitioner extended. Final decision taken on the claim of petitioner in the light of Annexure-3 may be taken of within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
