The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 326, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners and others caused injury with knife on the abdomen, back, neck and hand of the husband of the informant. Though, some of the injuries have been found to be grievous.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 12.03.2014, the FIR was registered on 05.09.2014.
Considering the delayed lodging of the FIR, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail. Let the learned
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53405 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No.85 of 2014, pending before the learned CJM, Khagaria. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
