The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.76 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is Devar of the deceased, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge V-cum-Additional Chief
