2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with a prayer to direct the respondents to make payment of arrears of salary for the period from December, 2007 to 18.6.2012.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed reliance on the letter of the Education Department dated 20th January, 2015, which indicates that funds have been released for payment of dues of Niyojit Teachers. From para 6 of the counter

Patna High Court CWJC No.18710 of 2014 dt.07-08-2018 2/2 affidavit, it appears that for the payment of dues of the petitioner Rs. 1,92,000/- was released.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the calculation is incorrect or the entire dues has not been paid, liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities.

5. In case the petitioner has not received the amount of Rs. 1,92,000/- as indicated in Annexure-A to the counter affidavit and if there is an error in the calculation, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority including the District Programme Officer, who shall address the grievance of the petitioner so raised within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
