The petitioner has moved earlier before this Court for anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 40654 of 2017, which has been rejected vide order, dated 19.09.2017.

The petitioner instead of surrendering himself before the Court below has, again, moved for anticipatory bail. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. This petition is dismissed.
