2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 437 of 2022 dated 07.08.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the FIR was registered against four accused persons including this petitioner, out of them three have been granted bail by the Trial Court itself and the petitioner's prayer has been rejected mainly on ground of his criminal antecedents of four cases in which he is on bail and the instant matter relates to the recovery of one loaded country-made pistol from the possession of this petitioner in which he has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47409 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 sufficiently punished as he has been languishing in jail since 08.08.2022.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.
5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period and also the fact that three coaccused persons, who were arrested along with this petitioner, are on bail as per above submission, this Court is inclined to accept the bail prayer of this petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Piro P.S.
