The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant due to which he sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43623 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries as alleged in separate occurrence. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
