As it emerges during the course of argument whatever vacancies were published in pursuance of advertisement dated 6.2.2011 in Dainik Jagran, all posts arising from the advertisement have already been filled up and after gap of two years a fresh advertisement has been issued on 8.2.2016 inviting applications from the eligible candidates for appointment to Class III posts. Life of earlier advertisement published in 2011 has exhausted and substituted by a fresh advertisement It is well known principle of law that the panel prepared

Patna High Court CWJC No.15632 of 2013 dt.07-04-2016 cannot be used as repository for the future vacancy. As all the posts have been filled up, there is no reason to decide the issue on merit. The petitioners, if so advised, may apply against the fresh advertisement.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
