10.11.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Bijaipur P. S. Case No. 101 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 207 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation arises out of a land dispute going on between the parties. In fact, it is the submission of the counsel for the petitioner that the informants tried to grab the land by one way or the other. There are other civil cases also going on between the parties. Looking at the above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52761 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J. M., 1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Bijaipur P. S. Case No. 101 of 2015, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in subsection (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
