The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Banke Bazar (Raushanganj) P.S. Case No. 149/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. The informant got secret information that some miscreants exploded bomb in the premises of Primary School, Nawadih. The informant and other police officials went there and found the sign of explosion of bomb. One live bomb was also recovered and the same was defused later on. The informant alleged that he came to know from reliable sources about the fact that petitioners and other accused persons exploded bomb, but neither the informant nor any witnesses during the course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39833 of 2016 (3) dt.22-10-2016 2/2 investigation disclosed the name of the petitioners. Even the name of person who is said to have disclosed the name of the accused to the informant is not disclosed. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Banke Bazar (Raushanganj) P.S. Case No. 149/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
