2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341,323,324,307,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 192/2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is delay in instituting the FIR on 24.09.2018 for the alleged occurrence on 22.09.2018. The accusation of assault with farsa on the head of the informant's wife is omnibus against four persons including the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Vikash Kumar has been enlarged on regular bail. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. The learned APP opposes the petitioner, submitting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40871 of 2019(3) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 on the basis of the injury report in the case diary which discloses that the injury of Meena Devi, wife of the informant, sustained on her shoulder is grievous in nature. It was also pointed out that Arvind Paswan has sustained grievous injury from the petitioner's side. The petitioner is the brother of co-accused Bipin Paswan with whom there was dispute with regard to sale of pick up van and all the accused persons have assaulted the wife of the informant and other members causing grievous injury.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
