JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant used to earn his livelihood by doing business out side the State. He got telephonic information that his mother has been done to death. On enquiry, it transpired that this petitioner and two others had threatened her mother. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is mere suspicion against the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Nitin Kaushik, Judicial

Case no. 305 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with the condition that the petitioner will not physically absent for two consecutive dates at stretch till one witness is examined, failing which his bail bonds would be cancelled.
