JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that the petitioner has not approached the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance. He submits that he may be granted liberty to approach the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari so that he may address the Authority on question of fact and law.

Considering the scope of appeal, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before

Patna High Court CWJC No.18912 of 2015(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari. In the event the appeal is filed by the petitioner within one month from today along with a copy of this order, the Appellate Authority will decide the appeal within three months thereafter on its own merit condoning the delay in filing the appeal keeping in view that writ proceeding has been pending in this Court for three years.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
