2. The allegation made by the petitioner is serious in nature. Specific allegation is that the respondent no. 7, Anganbari Sevika of Centre No. 49 of Gram Panchayat Raj Arwata East, Block - Supi, District- Sitamarhi is conducting the affairs of the said Anganbari Kendra from the place which is not assigned.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has raised various issues by submitting her application before the C.D.P.O as well as District Magistrate on 28.09.2011 raising all grievances supported by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5435 of 2014 dt.24-07-2018 2/2 signature/thumb impression of the local villagers to the extent that the respondent no. 7 is not conducting the affairs of Anganbari Kendra fixed under the guidelines.

The petitioner also claims to be deprived form honorarium on account of shifting of place of Anganbari Kendra from its earlier fixed place at Primary Girls School, Arwata East, Sitamarahi to some other place as per desire and wish of the respondent no. 7. The specific claim of the petitioner is pending before the District Magistrate, Sitamarahi till date. Even in the counter affidavit which has been filed by the C.D.P.O, there is no whisper that any order has been passed on the said issues raised by the petitioner before the District Magistrate.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the various allegations, this Court would only observe that if the allegations are correct, the appropriate action may be taken in the matter by the authorities.

6. Writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to take a final decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner after hearing the parties concerned expeditiously.
