The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 307, 447, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that these petitioners came at the door of the informant and assaulted the informant and other family members. The accused persons also snatched gold chain, earring and cash of rupees five thousands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusations against the petitioners are omnibus and general. There is counter version of the occurrence also and there is no injury report on record. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
