Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice that if a direction is given to the respondent authority i.e. respondent no. 2-the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner -II, Regional Office, Bhagalpur for considering the representation dated 08.01.2025, reminders dated 13.03.2025 and 03.04.2025 seeking rectification of the amounts imposed by the authorities vide order dated 30.08.2024

Patna High Court CWJC No.10844 of 2025(3) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 (Annexure -P/1), by fixing a time frame.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2 submits that she has no objection if the direction is given to the authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above-made submissions, without going into merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.01.2025 and reminders dated 13.03.2025, 03.04.2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing.

6. Any order passed, shall be communicated to the parties.

7. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
