2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 387, 452, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1174 of 2015, Trial No. 4556 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated at the instance of the complainant who is none other than the son-in-law of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and brother-in-law of petitioner nos. 3 and 4. It is further submitted that the accusations are inherently improbable. Petitioners claim clean criminal antecedents.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1174 of 2015, Trial No. 4556 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
