2. According to the prosecution case, informant's father was hurled abuse and assaulted with Chhura by the petitioner along with others.
3. According to the bail petition, the thrust of accusation of making assault with Chhura is only on Brij Kishore Singh and the petitioner is not assailant of the informant's father.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged and active participation of the petitioner in the crime, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/- U T
