ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No, 442 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are present in Chamber, today.

It appears that a sum of Rs. 22,000/- (twenty two thousand) has been deposited in pursuance of the order passed by this Court. Petitioner further undertakes that he shall pay rest amount gradually as and when available with him. He also submitted that he is earning Rs. 9000/- at present per month and therefore, by way of interim measure, he shall transfer Rs. 3000/- per month for sustenance of herself and her children.

No.29697 of 2015 (8) dt.20-07-2016 Considering the bona fide offer made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 442 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
