2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following reliefs:- (i). For quashing the Memo No.812 dated 25.06.2022 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur. (ii) For quashing the Misc. Appeal No.116/2022-23 order dated 05.02.2024 passed by Collector Bhagalpur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10147 of 2024(2) dt.04-07-2024 2/2 (iii) For a direction to the respondents to take the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwadi Sevika at Abjuganj (Sultanganj) Anganwadi Centre No.223 at Abjuganj Ward No.8 Vill. Nawada, Block- Sultanganj, Distt- Bhagalpur. (iv) For any other relief/reliefs which petitioner is entitled in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is relating to Anganwadi Sevika. The advertisement and process of appointment has been made by virtue of Anganwari Margdarsika 2016, whose Clause 6 clearly indicates that the eligibility for appointment that in case the monthly salary shall be more than Rs.12,000/- then it shall be not eligible for appointment. From the operative part of the order passed by the appellate authority, it transpires to this Court that there is no violation of Anganwari Margdarsika 2016. Therefore, there is no need of any interference in the order. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
