The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015 registered under Section 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
