Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khizer Sarai P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 324, 307, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged that petitioner along with other co-accused persons variously armed with lathi, danda, knife and rod entered into his house and started abusing thereafter on order of petitioner other co-accused assaulted his uncle as a result of which his uncle was seriously injured. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 192 of 2018.
