JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.367 of 2012 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Gaya registered for an offence punishable under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, there is dowry demand by the petitioner and petitioner has also entered into second marriage with another lady.

In view of the specific allegation against this petitioner and the fact that petitioner has also entered into
