The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Jitan Rishi made assault on the father of the informant with axe whereas this petitioner caused injury on the face of the father of the informant with bricks.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Jitan Rishi. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50998 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view the accusation levelled against him, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.129 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, Araria. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
