JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No.363 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioners assaulted the informant's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the scuffle took place when the son of the informant was found in compromising position with daughter of petitioner no.1. When the informant's son was chased then he fell down and sustained injuries, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the petitioners are in custody since 09.09.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57476 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Mohan Bhagat and Rajeev Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani P.S.
