The petitioner has been in custody since 10.10.2017 in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 761/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injuries purported to have been inflicted by the petitioner, have been found to be simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary agrees to the same.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is involved in only one other case, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.568 of 2018 (3) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 761/2017.
