JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Vide order dated 13.12.2018 the case was sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of Patna High Court in order to explore possibility of amicable settlement between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted his report dated 29.03.2019 wherein he has stated that in spite of sincere efforts, the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through

Considering the nature of the offence and the submissions advanced at the Bar as also the pleadings made in the application preferred under Section 438 of the CrPC, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No.152 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
