The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.309 of 2022 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of
