Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the array of the respondents at page 1 of the writ petition and also permitted to implead Nasara Praveen as respondent no. 6 in course of the day.

Petitioner filed a petition before the Collector, Madhubani vide Annexure-1 in the year 2013 that a licence was granted to newly added respondent no. 6 illegally as, at that time, she was merely 16 years of age. Thereafter, vide Annexure-3, the District Supply Officer had directed the Sub-Divisional Officer, Bennipatti, Madhubani to make enquiry regarding that and submit a report to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1237 of 2014 dt.26-04-2016 2/2 District Magistrate and, thereafter, a reminder was also sent vide Annexure-4 but nothing has been done till date. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of, without going into the merit of the case, with a direction to the competent authority to take a final decision upon the application filed by the petitioner on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, if the same has already not been done.
