Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2017 having allegation that he caused injury at the head of the informant with Tangi.

Submission is that there is no allegation of repetition of blow. There is case and counter case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2495 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barhat Police Station Case No.31 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
