24-05-2017 The Accountant General, Bihar, has already authorized and forwarded the authorization to the Accountant General, Jharkhand. Since the petitioner is a resident of Jharkhand State, it is for the Accountant General, Jharkhand to ensure that the authorization so issued in favour of the petitioner with direction to the concerned treasury for payment is carried out since the authorization had been done way back in the year 2015 itself and two years have gone past.

If the payment has not accrued, the respondent authorities of the State of Jharkhand will ensure that the

If any legitimate claim of the petitioner subsists, she has freedom to approach the concerned authorities for an early settlement.

This writ application is, accordingly, disposed of.
