Patna High Court CWJC No.15099 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 relaxing the age requirement with respect to such persons who have worked under contract and also to give weightage for their experience.
Should such an application be filed before the concerned authority, the same shall be considered in correct perspective and within a reasonable time frame. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
