That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of a direction/ order or an appropriate writ for directing the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.11309 of 2022(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 namely Respondent nos. 2 and 5 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner (Annexure-3) in which the private respondent nos. 6 to 11 illegally encroached the public land and due to which the way (Rasta) of petitioner land is closed and also direct the respondent nos. 2 to 5 to remove the respondent nos. 6 to 11 from the illegal encroachment of public land."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
