JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 The Court was not inclined to entertain the application when Counsel for the petitioner drew attention of the Court to order dated 27.09.2010 whereby the permission was granted to convert the application to one filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

On request of the Counsel for the petitioner, this Court permits to convert the application into Criminal Miscellaneous application.

Let necessary correction be done within two weeks failing which the application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

On doing so, the case will go out of my Board to be placed before the appropriate Bench under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
