JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Seven persons were caught by the informant and other police officials when they had assembled to organize Jan Adalat. However, petitioner is said to have fled away from there. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused, Nawal Yadav and others, who are said to have been caught on the spot, have already been granted privilege of bail by

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46013 of 2016 (3) dt.02-12-2016 2/2 a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 179 of 2009.
