The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2225/2017 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 3793/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 325 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner indulged in sexual harassment against the complainant.

Learned counsel for the complainant/informant opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. In absence of any evidence to support the contention of the petitioner that due to dispute of Rasta between the parties,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63000 of 2018(3) dt.09-01-2019 2/2 false case has been lodged the defense version is not believable at this stage, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer is rejected.
